Resolve a comment when its feedback is dealt with, edit it to fix the text or the frame, or delete it. You can edit and delete your own comments in any role that can comment. Other people's comments need an Admin or Project Admin. revis.io's menus call comments "notes", so you'll see Edit Note and Delete Note.

Edit or delete other people's comments: Owners, Admins, and Project Admins.
Resolve any comment: Owners, Admins, Members, Project Admins, and Contributors. Reviewers and Viewers can't.
Where: the web app.
You need: a review open in the player, with the Notes panel open (select Notes on the right edge).
Point to the comment and select the ring at its top right, Resolve note.
To reopen the comment, select the check at its top right, Unresolve.
revis.io grays out a resolved comment and keeps it in the list. To hide resolved comments, open Options (the three dots at the top of the panel) and turn off Show resolved Notes. It's on by default and saved in your browser. If you don't see the ring, your role can't resolve comments.
Delete Note acts at once. revis.io doesn't ask you to confirm, and you can't undo it. It deletes the comment together with all its replies.
Point to the comment and select More, the three dots.
Choose Delete Note.
Delete Note doesn't appear on your comment if someone else has replied to it. An Admin or Project Admin can delete it. To delete one of your replies, use the reply's own More menu.
