revis.io brings video, images, audio, PDFs, and 3D models into one place for your team and outside guests to review and approve. Use the web app in your browser or open cloud reviews in the desktop app. Each guide states which app and permissions you need.

For a guided start, follow your first review. If someone sent you a review, start with opening a shared link; you may not need an account.
Get into your project
- Create your account or sign in.
- Find and open a project, or create a project if you have permission.
- Invite people to your organization.
Bring in the media
- Create and rename a review.
- Add media to a review, checking supported formats and limits first.
- Upload a new version when the work changes.
Review and give feedback
- Open a review and play or step through a video.
- Add a comment, reply and react, or draw on the media.
- Resolve, edit, or delete comments.
- Compare versions, then approve an item.
- Look up keyboard shortcuts.
