Download originals, attachments and comment PDFs
In the web player, the item menu downloads an item's original file, a PDF report of its comments, or, for PDFs, the document with its comments added. Files attached to comments have their own Download. Each kind of download only appears when your role, your organization's download settings and, for guests, the share link allow it.

The settings are on the Downloads page of organization and project settings. A project can turn a download off, but not back on if the organization turned it off. Without a share link's Download, guests see none of these options.
When original downloads are off, revis.io uses processed copies for viewing and withholds originals when a processed copy is available. Some images, audio and 3D models are viewed directly from their original file if no processed copy exists, so turning off downloads doesn't guarantee that every original stays out of the browser.
Download an item's original file or comment report
Open the item in the player.
Point to the item name at the top and select Item actions (the menu next to it). The three-dot button on the item in the playlist opens the same menu.
Choose a download:
Download Original saves the file as it was uploaded, named after the item.
Download PDF saves a report of the item's comments as <review name>_notes.pdf: one block per commented frame or page, with a picture of it, its frame number and timecode (or page number), and each comment with its author. Replies aren't included.
Download with Comments appears for PDFs with more than one page. It saves the PDF with the comments added, as <item name>_with_comments.pdf.
To download several items at once, tick them in the playlist, open the three-dot menu on one of them and choose Download Original (N items) or Download PDF (N items). Originals download as separate files, not a zip, and your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads. Download PDF (N items) saves one report for all of them.
